Dinner will be provided for the Ritual Team and Coaches.

Dinner Menu options: 

  1. Steak OscarNew York steak topped with crab hollandaise sauce. $29.95
  2. Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Pork TenderloinPork tenderloin stuffed with house-made dressing, herbs, and craisins. $24.95
  3. Chicken Cordon BleuChicken breast stuffed with Swiss cheese and ham. $24.95
  4. Salmon Blackberry SaladGrilled salmon on top of a hearty bed of romaine, blackberries, cucumber, red onion, tomatoes, and feta tossed in a house-made blackberry vinaigrette. $20.95

All dinners are served with a choice of garlic mashed or twice-baked potatoes, fresh vegetables, salad, bread, and dessert.
