Elks New Member Meet & Greet

Who: Open to all members & their families. When: Wednesday February 15th.  Dinner at 6pm, program starts at 6:30. What: Baked Potato Bar Dinner, FREE to any member who has been Initiated since April 1, 2022. How: PLEASE sign up in advance on sthelenselks.org.

Free dinner for new members-to-date in this Lodge year!

St. Helens Lodge is growing!  Critical to our success & continued growth is membership engagement.  Your Officers have attended seminars and consulted with other successful Lodges on how to welcome new members and make sure they become part of the Elks family.  Many of these Lodges host a free dinner once a quarter for new members, and our Lodge is going to start the same program.  We will begin with a year-to-date event, and will then continue this on a quarterly basis into the next Lodge year.

Now that the new members have (hopefully) completed their ‘5 of 7’, this gives them an opportunity to have an open discussion with the officers & committee chairs of the Lodge.  Any lingering questions can be answered.  And, if things haven’t been the best, this is a chance to provide feedback on what the Lodge can do better.

We have all heard new members on their initiation night speak about how they want to get involved.  This is where we will make those connections.  The officers will all be available as will committee chairs (or a designated representative) to present on the various activities to get involved with.

Personal invitations will be made to all New members, however all members are welcome and encouraged to attend.
